Hotel was clean.
Wedding at hotel and the the guests were extremely loud and rude. Did not go to sleep until after 3 A.M. due to them yelling in halls, throwing up, acting crazy, breaking glass and blaring music. The hotel did not address these issues as I think they should have. When we complained that night at 1 A.M., nothing was done. The next morning, we only recieved a free breakfast since we had "paid" the night before the desk person said they could not refund money. The hotel is responsible, not only for a clean room, but for providing an environment where people can rest. This hotel failed miserably!
Security is very good. They check the parking lot in the evening.
The room was not cleaned properly, empty bag of chips and wine glass were left in room Remainder of room was o.k.
Shower area and room, generally, not quite as clean as I would prefer. There was a little bit of mold, which is a turn-off.
Hotel was good and clean. Stayed one night so room was great for the price. I would stay again.
100% satisfaction with the stay
Little bit tricky to find the hotel due to recent changing name (holiday inn / runnemede inn)
Best overall hotel/motel in this area. Quiet room and comfortable.
Gave me upgraded room that I didn't request and I didn't realize I was charged for the upgrade. Watch your final bill.
We needed a hotel to evacuate to because of Hurricane Irene. We needed something near Philadelphia and Runnemede was about 10 minutes away. The hotel staff were friendly and maintained a good attitude even though they were inundated with people of all sorts fleeing the hurricane. The hotel was able to handle the crowd. Rooms were clean and pleasant and quiet in spite of the crowd.
The hotel met our expectation. Our room was clean & quiet, and the staff was friendly & very professional. The hotel's location was convenient with convenience stores, gas stations & restaurants close by. It was only 10 minutes from Philadelphia. We would definitely use the same hotel when we go back to Philly.
I wish there was wi-fi access:(
Good deal through Booking. we saved 40-50 bucks as compared to other choices. Just off Turnpike.
Heat through window appliance. Fan goes on and off all night. Draft under appliance. They put party people at end of hall in fairly empty 7 floor hotel and they talked inconsiderately loudly as they walked to the elevators. Zero manners. I'd say a Monday through Thursday stay is best. Neutral recomendation. It depends if you are willing to put up with minorstuff for price.
This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel was close enough to Philadelphia and located in a safe neighborhood
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whether in answering questions about the area or in providing us with assistance. They above and beyond when we asked about using a microwave to heat up some cold pizza.
Their continental breakfast was a little light. Small selection.
It was close to the Philadelphia airport
Room was Not very clean, the restaurant was not available for dinner
clean, friendly, comfortable, good value, good location
the lounge was closed early. they closed at 11 pm on a friday night, the continental breakfast was put away too early. 9 am thier time was 6 am my time. I came down at 9 and food was put away.
Value. In room fridge microwave
Only had coffee in lobby one of 2 days. Same for seating in Lobby. Curtains did not block light well
Since our wedding was at 2pm and check in was 3pm, the place let us check in early. they were pleasant and nice about it. we called the week before and then the day before to make sure. Our room was ready when we arrived at 11:30 with no wait.
an older place so the room isn't fancy. Mattress was squeaky when you sat on it, but didn't matter since I was traveling with daughter. The place is an old Holliday Inn, but kept very nice.
